> Letter of explanation for any credit problems

> Name and number to verify rent/mortgage

> Name and number to verify employment

> Explanation for any credit inquiries within the last 120 days

> 2 years business tax returns (if self-employed, 1099 or commissioned)

> Letter from CPA stating how long in business (if self-employed)
